Manufacturing Sneak Peak: Leather handles and branding badges

By Jacqui Ma

Progress is well underway on some of the finer details of the Goodordering bags in our factory in Shenzhen. As promised i wanted to keep everyone updated on each stage of manufacturing. This is one of the most exciting parts of the process for me. I received another set of photos from our factory manager, Calvin.

Leather covered moulded handles add a touch of lux.

Finishing around the edges of the leather branding badges.

A bag of embossed logos waiting to be sewn onto the bags.

A touch of gluing to be done here.

Each leather trim is hand stitched onto the handles. Here you can really see it all coming together.

Handles laid out ready as far as the eye can see!

Keep checking in for more photos showing the next stages of the manufacturing process.

  • //Kalam is not a political leaedr! He was a rocket scientist and leave him at it.any human can raise his/her voice against crime and genocide. by birth kalam was also human, not a scientist. //Can you list what are the activities you have done other than writing comments for Fisher men and Srilankan Tamils?I was not president. Also i did not made propaganda that nuclear plant is safe etc.when kalam did not raise voice for Tamils, should have kept mouth closed for koodangulam also.
