Goodordering Mini

By Jacqui Ma

The dinky Goodordering mini backpack was designed as a miniature version of the adult backpack. These photos show some of the finer details not to be missed.

The bag is scooter friendly with the loops which convert easily to a single grab handle, the backpack is made from waterproof nylon fabric which is also very easy to clean.

The metal zips are made by YKK and will last a lifetime. The metal details add a bit of grown-up style to these kids backpacks.

On the inside of the bag you will find an easy-to-write-on label for writing your name on. When i designed the bag, i remembered my childhood and the delight i would take in writing my name on a fresh label. When i look back on my old bags and clothes with my name hand-written on it, i feel so nostalgic and this was the idea behind the tags on all the bags for adults and for children.

The logo on the kids bags are made from injection moulded rubber to add a playful touch. This also makes these kids bags 100% non-leather.

The bag is not the cheapest kids backpack around, retailing at £35 but it sure is one of the cutest.

Covered in reflective strips, the mini-backpack is perfect for those winter walks home from school, the extra safety element is especially important for those little people.

The multitude of pockets are ideal for little people to organise their things and start to get organised at that young age. Pens, toothbrushes and pjs, this bag is perfect for sleep overs and play dates.

One of my favourite features of the mini backpack is the chest strap which tightens over the front of the child, holding the backpack straps in place. In winter when your toddler is wearing multiple layers, this strap ensures that the bag doesn't slip off the shoulders and is always secure. Since the bag also comes with an optional 'grab handle' which attaches to a clip on the front of the bag, parents and minders can also use this bag as a harness to keep hold of kids in busy places. Kids love it!
