Right hand person

Its been 6 years knee deep in Goodordering, doing everything from product design, development, marketing, sales accounts, you name it! I now need some help !

I need someone to assist me on a wide range of jobs from admin and stock control to customer service, marketing, merchandising and book keeping.

This part time job would be perfect for someone who is thinking of starting their own business in the future, returning to work from maternity leave or looking for a lifestyle change.

You would get access to all my processes and strategies. I've grown Goodordering from a 4 product crowd funded launch in 2012 to now over £100K turnover, having sold more than 12,000 bags across 15 countries and being stocked in 25+ of the best retailers around the world.

I have also managed to have two kids over these same 6 years and have never missed a school assembly, and neither should you. I am looking for someone who wants to work flexibly but can also work together with me in Hackney when necessary. I need you to be committed to the growth of the company, so the starting pay will be modest but there will be a considerable bonus if we reach our growth targets. I have ambitious plans for the business and would love for someone to come on that journey with me.
