We really hope you love your bag. But, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.

You can also consider exchanging your product for a different one, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We're really sorry but personalised products cannot be returned, as you can understand the labour cost has already been spent to personalise the bag, plus the bag will no longer be able to be sold at full price due to the personalisation.
